FAQs
1 General Questions
1.1 Did you used to be called something else?

Yes! We used to be called Sports Collection but we recently underwent a whole branding change and we are now called Boston Fan Stop!

1.2 What makes you different from all the places I can purchase some of the same items?

Boston fan stop -a local family-owned business- offers an experience to tourists and sports fans that is unmatched elsewhere. Your business with us directly supports a hardworking immigrant family of 4 living in the heart of Boston as well as the local manufacturers and distributors we work with.

We admit here at Boston Fan Stop that we are not typical sporting goods and tourist retail. We are not your corporate junkie blind to our customers’ needs. With respect to all mom and dad shops, there is not a request that we say no to us that reflects Boston’s culture.

We are Boston’s experiential retail -experts in sporting goods and tourism- representing the city of Boston in our shops. After this section, we hope you’ll come to know us as the final destination to experiencing the city of Boston.

1.3 Do you offer officially licensed sports apparel/memorabilia/college gear/soccer gear on your site?

YES! All of our sports apparel, products, and college apparel are officially licensed through approved manufacturers and distributors such as, and not limited to,: '47 Brand, G-III, FOCO, etc. This also applies for our soccer jerseys in the "International Soccer" section that includes original and authentic soccer jerseys from authorized distributors selling from brands like: Adidas, Nike, PUMA, etc.

1.4 Who makes the shirts in the Boston Originals section?

These are some great shirts, right? We know! We partner with local artists and companies that are making some of the coolest apparel for Boston lovers and die-hard sports fans across the city!
